Main conditions
Fragile, perishable or commercially used items, and goods requiring special temperatures, travel under the declared conditions and must be properly packed.
Upon delivery, check the package and seal in the presence of the delivery person. Any damage or irregularity must be recorded immediately on the delivery receipt.
Insurance is charged at 15% of the declared value. In the event of total loss or theft, compensation is limited to the declared value, up to €1,000.
Costs caused by cancellation, return or a missed collection appointment are the customer’s responsibility. Collection and delivery are at street level or the building entrance unless otherwise agreed for an additional charge.
Departure and arrival dates are approximate and may change due to sea or air transport.
